1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using Caribbean Business Hub ("the Platform"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, you may not use the Platform.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old and legally capable of entering into a binding contract to use this Platform. Business accounts must represent a legally registered entity.

3. Account Responsibilities

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account. You agree to notify us immediately of any unauthorized use.

4. Business Listings

By submitting a business listing, you represent that all information provided is accurate and that you have the authority to represent the listed business. We reserve the right to remove or modify listings that violate our guidelines.

5. Subscriptions & Payments

Paid features are billed on a recurring basis (monthly or annually). You authorize us to charge your payment method for the applicable fees. Cancellations take effect at the end of the current billing period.

6. Prohibited Conduct

  • Submitting false, misleading, or fraudulent business information
  • Using the Platform for any unlawful purpose
  • Scraping, data mining, or automated collection of content
  • Interfering with the Platform's operation or security
  • Impersonating another person or business

7. Intellectual Property

All content, features, and functionality of the Platform are owned by Caribbean Business Hub and protected by international copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.

8. Limitation of Liability

Caribbean Business Hub shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the Platform.

9. Modifications

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Continued use of the Platform after modifications constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
